If your teeth is badly decayed ,make an appointment of dentist. Apart from them you can use oil pulling for pain management and delayed decaying of teeth.
Method, use 1 tea spoon of triphala and boil with 1 glass of water until water burn to half .then add 1 tea spoon of any vegetable oil and hold in mouth for 5 min then split ,repeat this, 2;3 times a day.

Pl do not take stress. There could be dental reasons too. Pl get checked up by dentist to exclude this.

Well you may need to do rct if the whole is really deep inside, you need to visit a dental surgeon for this purpose.

You need to go for re evaluation of your rct and possibly re rct is required because there is still infection.
