No need to take both the medicines. If you are getting relief by aceclofenac 100 mg and it suits you, please go ahead with it after discussing the same with your treating doctor.

Back pain due to anaesthesia last only for 1-4 days otherwise weakness start in limb
if you donot have any weakness go for mri lumbar spine to know the cause. Most probably it will be due to some other cause but due to anaesthesia

Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to do salt water rinse. Soft brushing that side. Avoid chewing that side. Gargle after meals. Use mouth washes.

wisdom tooth if not erupted completely or not erupted in proper position then it may case problem. Pain, difficulty in mouth opening, difficulty in chewing food. please visit a good dentist near you so tht he could take an xray n decide whether to keep the tooth or extract. For severe pain have tab ultracet (s-o-s)

phele to xray karwayie us daant ka. Upar se dekhne mein kabhi kabar choti cavity lagti hey but andar ander badi hoti hey toh usko ruleout karne ke liye ek xray karwaye.
Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey.
Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye.
30 second tak laga ke rake and then brush kare.

Well rinse your mouth with warm salt water, take pain killers for now but visit a dentist as soon as possible.

It might cause for impacted 3rd molar or caries tooth. Visit a nearest dentist for proper check-up & treatment.
