during pregnancy u should take balance diet bcuz its give proper nutrition u n yours baby . you should take fruits vegetables milk and milk products like curds ,cheese,paneer and eggs ,fish,meat,dal,all green leafy vegetables etc n you should take proper water like 3/4 liter daily
