Hi, if amniotic fluid is less in pregnancy, then baby growth will be affected. Argoprep contains proteins that are necessary for baby's growth. your wife can take that without any worry. She Need to continue that as per gynecologist advice. She has to check the baby movements daily. If not feeling movements or its decreased, need to consult the doctor immediately.

Make sure to keep your vital parameters stable and if there is no leakage of amniotic fluid than there is nothing to worry unless until proven otherwise and make sure to take tablet folvite 5mg once a day till delivery

Hello,
Please get evaluated for inherited thrombophilias . Also serum homocysteine levels and follow up. Oligohydramnios, with IUGR with high BP is a common presentation in thrombophilias.

Amniotic fluid causes free flowing of the baby and umbilical cord, low amniotic fluid means baby's movement will hamper soo there may be growth default, 8-18 is desirable measure, yes there are soo many medicines and way to increase it take plenty of fluid, take more vitamins, take iv drip, there are some medicine which increases it, complete bed rest, lie on left side also increase the amount.
