Your AFI is less. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the same unless you have some precipitating factors like pregnancy induced hypertension. Drinking plenty of fluids and repeated followup is required.

Hello
It is more likely that you have Vaginal discharge rather than leakage of amniotic fluid. However to be sure you need a simple examination. Vaginal discharge is usually thick whereas amniotic fluid is watery & profuse. Since you are 30 Wks pregnant, you should not delay a visit to gynaecologist because amniotic fluid leakage at this time can have serious consequences.

There s no such evidence that juices cause increase in fluids around baby. Do ultrasound regularly at 3 weeks to keep check on fluid levels and presentation of baby.

7.5 cm amniotic fluid index is on the lower side.
You should take adequate rest, take a protein rich diet ,beetroot juice, do some light exercises dailyas it increases blood flow.
You can take arginine sachet daily.
Go for regular checkups and follow your doctor's advice.
