It depends on which month you r in. Later month it is riskier. Early months there are medicine which can support in increasing it.

As per the latest guideline by American college of chest physician, INR should be between 2-3 for adequate effect. Needs escalation of acitrom dose to get a target INR.

If no recurrence in last 10 years then less chances of reccurence but continue your anticoagulant pills.

Acitrom 2mg tablet is used in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis (dvt), pulmonary embolism and heart attack.and can be given and anemai eed to be corrected with iron medication

Please go to your gynecologist soon and check for foetal viability. Amniotic fluid leak is not healthy at all and can inevitably lead to pre-term delivery.
