Hello lybrate-user.
Amino acid is a part of protein.
And yes you can take it as it improve the health.
But if your health is bad then your body may not be able to utilize it as it should.
So better take proper homoeopathic treatment to improve it then the protein will give you real benefit.
You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.

Get some sleep. As funny as it sounds, sleep deprivation may make you fat — and not just because you're susceptible to cases of the late-night munchies (although there's that too). Women who get less than four hours of sleep per night have a slower metabolism than those who snooze for a full eight hours, according to researchers at the University of Chicago. So don't skimp on your zzz's, and you'll be rewarded with an extra edge when it comes to shedding pounds quickly.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
A diabetic person can take amino acid supplement. Basically it is protein supplement. I do not understand the relationship between protein supplement and hormone deficiency. ED is a commn complication seen a person with diabetes, when the disaease is not well controlled or when it is present for a long time (10 plus years). Strict glucose control is primary requirement, plus certain medications may help. Thanks. Thanks.

Vit C serum has some benefits of removing creases of skin. But it should be freshly prepared at home. Vit C loses its activeness if exposed to light and heat. A fresh fruit pack works equally good. Others ingredients are doubtful for any benefit. Vit E has benefits in deficiency and used internally.
