Exotropia is a form of strabismus, a misalignment of the eyes. If you have exotropia, one or both of your eyes turn outward (toward your ears). Treatment is by experts by suggesting glasses, sometimes with bifocal or prism lenses, as needed.

You should first consult ophthmologist for refraction & if it does not improve with glass, you are having amblyopia also known as lazy eye. Diminition of vision without any pathology is known as amblyopia & in common language called lazy eye. Amblyopic eye can only be treated upto 10 years with the help of occlusion &,pleoptic treatment which is not available every where, you will have consult eye hospital with well equipped orthopedics & pleoptic department with well trained paramedical staff. ...more

I think you are suffering from amblyopia in right eye causing it to deviate outwards. Diminition of vision without any pathology is known as amblyopia & in common language called lazy eye.
