Exotropia is a form of strabismus, a misalignment of the eyes. If you have exotropia, one or both of your eyes turn outward (toward your ears). Treatment is by experts by suggesting glasses, sometimes with bifocal or prism lenses, as needed.
Eye patch on the stronger eye to strengthen the vision of the weaker eye in people with amblyopia.

You should first consult ophthmologist for refraction & if it does not improve with glass, you are having amblyopia also known as lazy eye. Diminition of vision without any pathology is known as amblyopia & in common language called lazy eye. Amblyopic eye can only be treated upto 10 years with the help of occlusion &,pleoptic treatment which is not available every where, you will have consult eye hospital with well equipped orthopedics & pleoptic department with well trained paramedical staff. ...more

I think you are suffering from amblyopia in right eye causing it to deviate outwards. Diminition of vision without any pathology is known as amblyopia & in common language called lazy eye. Dear lybrate-user:-
as per your complaints, you r suffering from be squints.
You should send photograph of your eyes.
So that confirmed diagnosis & treatment of squint could be established.
In strabismus orthoptic exercises, medication & corrective surgery can improve the eye problems cosmetically as well as visually also.
