Thank you for answering doctor. Please also tell me whether I should take it continuously to create temporary menopause or I should give breaks after every 21 days.(i have endometriosis for last 5 years in right ovary. Got it removed once in 2017 but it came back again. I have two kids 6 years and 1 year old. Earlier I was being treated with destrogen (ocp) and endoreg taking both cont. For 6 months creating a temporary menopause and it was really effective. But now after my delivery last year cyst showed up again and it hurts really bad. No I have consulted another Dr. She suggested freedase but with stopping in between for periods to come. Is this gonna help reduce the cyst if periods keeps on coming every month?

it is a 21 day pill you need to you definitely have a gap between your period which means you need to take from day 5 of your period till date 25 and then wait will get your periods and then again start from day 5 to day 25

I'm having hypersomnia since 5 6 months and now it's getting worse, I feel like i'm not able to open my eyes and I feel this uncontrollable urge to sleep. I'm feeling very hopeless because I don't know what to do, I tried every kind of treatment but my situation is getting worse. I keep my eyes closed the whole day because i'm not able to stay awake. I feel suicidal and tried to hurt myself because there is no cure for this disease. I feel sleepy all day, every time and this feeling never goes away. I'm very hopeless and helpless at this point and nobody is able to help. I don't want to die but at this point that is the only thing which seems relief. Please just tell me what is the reason of this disease. I tried modafinil 200 mg but it made me more sleepier, I tried homeopathy, ayurveda, natural remedies but nothing worked.

Am 27 year female. I have hirschsprung disease at my birth. Later I underwent colostomy because of lack of follow up I came with fetal impaction before 2 years to the same doctor he removed it. I have been dulcolax for 2 years regularly but the problem is I can not pass my stool naturally the colon will not push my stool to the bowel when I skip the dulcolax tablet I keep on pushing its only farting. I do not knw what to do.
