1.Dust allergy could be because of so many agents (It could be due to pollen, mite, feathers,dander,mold, droppings of birds,pet hair/feather/fur cockroach etc)
2..I advise you to do an allergy test after consulting an allergy specialist/Immunologist to find out the agent which is causing dust allergy. 3.Follow the advice and treatment given by allergy specialist/immunologist

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc
2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside,

Best treatment to suggest would be to avoid dust as much as possible.
You have not mentioned your allergy is manifested in terms of cough, sneezing, runny nose, uneasiness or breathlessness.
Treatment will depend accordingly.
