When you will return back from your yoga treatment then only other thing can be sorted out. You have allergies. Identify them well. If in yoga follow everything sincerely including their breathing exercise. You may become asthmatic if you don't get out of this polyp at right age.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

It can be because of sinusitis or DNS or adenoids or allergic rhinitis etc. I need details of case. In the meanwhile do this

You need to undergo detailed ent examination and certain investigations like ct scan of nose and para asal sinuses. Other than allergic rhinitis there may be other problems in nose which will be evident in the scan. We need to rule out deviated nasal septum/ adenoid / turbinate hypertrophy. Treatment plan should be done accordingly.
