Allergic rhinitis doesn't require any antibiotics like amoxy clav to cure it unless any acute infection (sinusitis) is there. Best suited antiallergic medication will do the job.

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

I am 19 years old boy. I was suffering from sneezing problem all time last 4 years .my doctor told me that I have allergic rhinitis. According to my doctor I use duonase nasal spray last 3 years. It's give relief from sneezing for 4/5 days after that it's repeat. From then I use duonase basal spray to avoid sneezing. But now my nose become blocked. As I don't get enough oxygen. Specially at sleeping time. I am suffering from block nose till one month. For this problem I am in mind stress. Slight pressure on head. And I can't live in my normal life .i am a need student but I don't able to read. For my coming exam. I went to a general physicians. But it's not clear. Now I use homeopathy medicine last 5 days. By a homeopathic Dr. near me. He told me that I have cold all time. Hi doctor, please help me. Suggest me how I can cure from my blocked nose. Is it for using duonase nasal drop till 3 years. Is it allergic rhinitis or sinus problem? During this lockdown I don't found any ent specialist near me.

You need to undergo detailed ent examination and certain investigations like ct scan of nose and para asal sinuses. Other than allergic rhinitis there may be other problems in nose which will be evident in the scan. We need to rule out deviated nasal septum/ adenoid / turbinate hypertrophy. Treatment plan should be done accordingly.
