l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.
