Dear user, I can understand. You must understand the difference between alcohol addiction and abuse. You can definitely quit alcohol in one go. Just stop it and swear not to drink again. Engage yourself in games and other engaging activities during evenings or when you feel the urge. Just a week, your habit should change. Alcohol dependence involves intense craving or desire to drink alcohol. People drink for pleasure or rationalize it on external factors like family problems, work tension, etc. They drink continuously, i.e. Almost daily or even weekly once or twice with withdrawal symptoms, tolerance, bodily damage, etc. Due to alcohol they and/ or others are affected significantly.

Consuming alcohol in heavy quantity has long term adverse effects. Treatment is definitely available but has to be given after complete evaluation of patient. Take help of psychiatrist for good results.

There is no diet to overcome smoking and drinking. But the time you feel having it. Just have pan ka patta or sweet pan that will reduce the craving. But at last it is you nly you can let you come out of this bad habits. Which will at the end destroy. Take care

Quit alcohol and smoking,,take high protein diet,,less carbohydrate,, avoid spicy food,, avoid sugar and sugary products,,take high fiber food,,take fruits,,take soup,, oatmeal,,protein shake in dinner,,do regular exercise,, jogging it is most important
