Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry! You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Hello, when you study or watch TV stop munching snacks. Eat murmura, roasted Chanas. U can have Bhel, chana chor. Eat more of fruits like apples, water melon is best, musk melon, banana. Try to have salads daily, include sprouts. Include sattu in diet, good source of protein. Reduce sugar content. Don't add extra salt in diet like salads or juice. Try to reduce oilly food, butter, cheese. Drink buttermilk without salt, add jeera. Drink warm lemon water daily in morning. Drink green tea or ajwain tea before sleeping. Give 15 mins for urself, do 5 mins of yoga or meditation, running or walking, cycling. Try to be stree free for healthier life.

Infertility - Is There Hope For You In Ayurveda?

Fertility is a potential for reproduction. In other words, fertility is an ability to have babies or to reproduce. When fertility rate in a community, increases more babies are born. To produce an offspring it depends on age, health and other factors of the woman. When we talk about fertility rates it means the number of births that happen during a certain time period in a specific location. On the other end, lack of ability to reproduce is termed as infertility. There are various treatments to deal with fertility issues and one of the ancient and natural as well as a trusted treatment is Ayurveda.

Causes
Female infertility is caused due to structural problems like blocked fallopian tubes, a defect in cervical canal, uterine fibroids or polyps. Hormonal imbalance leading to ovulation problems too can cause infertility. In males. infertility may have anatomical, psychological, hormonal or lifestyle related causes. The cause of infertility in approximately 20% of couples can't be determined using the currently available methods of investigation. From Ayurvedic perspectives, shukra dhatu can get affected by various physical, mental causes and even by serious diseases. Poor quality shukra dhatu can cause infertility in males & females.

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body and Spirit. The primary focus of Ayurvedic medicine is to promote good health, rather than fight disease. Fertility problems are increasing these days for many young couples. There are many factors which account for this like Lifestyle, delayed marriages, diet, etc. But Ayurveda not only does explain how to increase fertility with herbal supplements, but it also focuses on how to have healthy children.

For a pregnancy to be healthy and successful, a couple needs to take care of the following four essential factors:

  1. Sperm/Ovum (Seeds)
  2. Uterus (Soil)
  3. Nourishment (Water)
  4. Time for Conception (Timing of Sowing)

Reproductive health, in both men and women, depends on the health of the reproductive tissue or shukra dhatu. In women, shukra creates the ovum as part of the monthly cycle, and in men, the semen is formed due to sexual stimulation. The shukra is created as part of a long chain of metabolic transformations. It starts with the digestion of food, then goes on to the transformation of food to nutrient fluid, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, and finally, to shukra tissue. Healthy shukra tissue, then, according to Ayurveda, depends on the health of all the other tissues in the body.

Foods to Nourish All Seven Dhatus (Bringhana)

  1. Fresh, organic fruits and vegetables
  2. Dairy proteins, including milk, lassi, and panir (a fresh cheese made of milk)
  3. Whole grains
  4. Mung dhal
  5. Soaked almonds or soaked walnuts
  6. Dried fruits such as dates, figs, and raisins
  7. Sweet, juicy fruits such as mangoes, peaches, plums, and pears
  8. If your digestion is strong, eat urad dhal (available at Indian grocery stores) cooked with equal parts turmeric, cumin, coriander, and fennel.
  9. A banana cooked in ghee, cinnamon and cardamom is a tasty and wholesome dessert for people with strong digestion.

Foods to Enhance the Reproductive Tissue (Vrishya)

  1. Asparagus
  2. Broccoli
  3. Milk
  4. Date-milk shake
  5. Mango milkshake
  6. Rice pudding

Spices such as ajwain powder, cumin (which purifies the uterus in women and the genitourinary tract in men), turmeric (to improve the interaction between hormones and targeted tissues), and black cumin.
In general, it's important to eat a wide variety of foods in order to receive all the essential nutrients. Keep trying new vegetables and fruits, and rotate your menus to make sure you're not eating the same thing day after day.

Hello sir, Did your wife ever go through the Thyroid profile test. If she have muscles pain opt for VIT-D and VIT-B12 test also. If she feel bloating then, start giving jeera-1/2 tsp + ajwain-1/2 tsp soaked in 1 glass of water strain in the morning and try to give her early morning. If she is taking tea /coffee try to avoid giving empty stomach. Include more vegetables and fruits in her diet. Try to include seasonal fruits e, g watermelon, muskmelon, mangoes. Dnt skip any meal take small and frequent meal. Try to divide meals in 5-6 times. Include more chaas, dahi. As rice is the only grain that does not induce gas production. But if you are experiencing bloating and gas pain, its better to replace your grains with rice. Include more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Drink plenty of water. Hope this info. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian life science that requires you to make various lifestyle changes along with the use of medication that is based on herbs and condiments with massages and Yogic postures. This field of medicine believes in getting to the root of the problem so as to cure it and prevent it in the future as well. Gastritis is no different and enjoys the same kind of attention when it comes to Ayurveda. Here is everything you need to know about the Ayurvedic perspective of gastritis.

Definition: As per Ayurveda, gastritis is known as Urdhva Amlapitta, which can lead to the occurrence of stomach ulcers when the inflammation of the stomach lining goes untreated for a prolonged period of time. This inflammation is the basic outcome of the condition.

Causes: Problems in the Vata Dosha, one of the four Doshas in the body, can cause this condition. Also, a build up of Ama or toxins due to poor digestive health, can lead to the occurrence of this disease. As per Ayurveda, there are many reasons that may cause this toxin build up and the imbalance in the Vata Dosha. This includes eating spicy food on a regular or frequent basis and taking too many drugs like pain killers and analgesics which can lead to this condition. Also, too much of alcohol consumption and greasy food can cause gastritis. Further, one of the main causes of gastritis as per Ayurveda, is the presence of too much stress and worry, and the lack of a proper routine when it comes to eating, sleeping and exercising.

Symptoms: The main symptoms include appetite loss and nausea, as well as discomfort and pain in the abdomen. Gastrointestinal bleeding and blood discharge may also occur for patients suffering from this condition. Headaches and vomiting are also common symptoms of this condition.

Medication: There are various Ayurvedic medicines that can help in treating this condition. Sukumara Ghrita are ghee based preparations that can be taken every morning with a glass of warm milk in order to activate the digestive fires and improve the digestive powers. The difference can usually be seen in a matter of days. Dhatri Lauha includes amla juice which should be taken twice a day. Lemon juice, ajwain, amla and ginger are also helpful in such situations.

Lifestyle Changes: Avoiding spicy and greasy food as well as stopping alcohol abuse and smoking can help in curing this condition. One should also stay away from excessively stressful mental and physical tasks.

Taking the right steps at the right time for a proper routine with good habits can help in treating this condition as per Ayurveda.

Hello dear you have to avoid oily spicy heavy food like nonveg also avoid cabage, curd, and rice. Start taking butter milk before food with kala namak and bhuna jeera. 1 spoon of saunf +1 spoon dhaniya powder+half spoon bhuna hua ajwain in 1 glass water. Boil it. Keep it overnight .then mash it & drink on empty stomach early morning. Start doing kapalbhati pranayam. Start brisk walking for 15 min after meal.
