It is due to weak digestion. you should go for treatment. Add buttermilk in your diet it will help you.

Modern medicine offers temporary relief by medicines like antihistamine and steroids, it has no long-term cure. Ayurveda treats the root cause of the disease. She can take. More options are also there, lukewarm water with lemon (1 glass) in morning ,cucumber juice in day time, and jeera-ajwain water at night.

Infertility - Have Ayurveda At Your Rescue!

Fertility is a potential for reproduction. In other words, fertility is an ability to have babies or to reproduce. When fertility rate in a community, increases more babies are born. To produce an offspring it depends on age, health and other factors of the woman. When we talk about fertility rates it means the number of births that happen during a certain time period in a specific location. On the other end, lack of ability to reproduce is termed as infertility. There are various treatments to deal with fertility issues and one of the ancient and natural as well as a trusted treatment is Ayurveda.

Causes
Female infertility is caused due to structural problems like blocked fallopian tubes, a defect in cervical canal, uterine fibroids or polyps. Hormonal imbalance leading to ovulation problems too can cause infertility. In males. infertility may have anatomical, psychological, hormonal or lifestyle related causes. The cause of infertility in approximately 20% of couples can't be determined using the currently available methods of investigation. From Ayurvedic perspectives, shukra dhatu can get affected by various physical, mental causes and even by serious diseases. Poor quality shukra dhatu can cause infertility in males & females.

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body and Spirit. The primary focus of Ayurvedic medicine is to promote good health, rather than fight disease. Fertility problems are increasing these days for many young couples. There are many factors which account for this like Lifestyle, delayed marriages, diet, etc. But Ayurveda not only does explain how to increase fertility with herbal supplements, but it also focuses on how to have healthy children.

For a pregnancy to be healthy and successful, a couple needs to take care of the following four essential factors:

  1. Sperm/Ovum (Seeds)
  2. Uterus (Soil)
  3. Nourishment (Water)
  4. Time for Conception (Timing of Sowing)

Reproductive health, in both men and women, depends on the health of the reproductive tissue or shukra dhatu. In women, shukra creates the ovum as part of the monthly cycle, and in men, the semen is formed due to sexual stimulation. The shukra is created as part of a long chain of metabolic transformations. It starts with the digestion of food, then goes on to the transformation of food to nutrient fluid, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, and finally, to shukra tissue. Healthy shukra tissue, then, according to Ayurveda, depends on the health of all the other tissues in the body.

Treatment:

For female infertility, the Ayurveda experts use a lot of egg stimulation medicines like ghrit, rasayan and many more to help the patient in conceiving.

Foods to Nourish All Seven Dhatus (Bringhana)

  1. Fresh, organic fruits and vegetables
  2. Dairy proteins, including milk, lassi, and panir (a fresh cheese made of milk)
  3. Whole grains
  4. Mung dhal
  5. Soaked almonds or soaked walnuts
  6. Dried fruits such as dates, figs, and raisins
  7. Sweet, juicy fruits such as mangoes, peaches, plums, and pears
  8. If your digestion is strong, eat urad dhal (available at Indian grocery stores) cooked with equal parts turmericcumincoriander, and fennel.
  9. banana cooked in ghee, cinnamon and cardamom is a tasty and wholesome dessert for people with strong digestion.

Foods to Enhance the Reproductive Tissue (Vrishya)

  1. Asparagus
  2. Broccoli
  3. Milk
  4. Date-milk shake
  5. Mango milkshake
  6. Rice pudding

Spices such as ajwain powder, cumin (which purifies the uterus in women and the genitourinary tract in men), turmeric (to improve the interaction between hormones and targeted tissues), and black cumin.
In general, it's important to eat a wide variety of foods in order to receive all the essential nutrients. Keep trying new vegetables and fruits, and rotate your menus to make sure you're not eating the same thing day after day.

It may be due to gerd, Some foods and drinks can also cause stomachache and burping, including foods high in starch, sugar, or fiber. Indigestion or heartburn may also lead to temporary abdominal pain and burping. If indigetion is there causes weak digestive fire lead to diarrhoea due to amm formation, so avoid spicy, oily food for some day, takelight food like khichari, include mattha in your diet avoid dahi and milk, maintaining a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, do not sleep immidiate after having food, take ajwain kala namak, with hot water for indigestion.

Is there indigestion. Or loss of appetite, gastritis problem if yes correct them, pain nature and where it occurs in abdomen describe here? Take 1/2tsp ajwain, pinch hing, and kala namak take with warm water.

Are you constipated. Meanwhile follow this 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. 1) Take the cream from fresh milk, add few drops of lemon and apply on the face to remove pimples and acne. (good for dry skin) 2) Grind 30 gm of thymol seeds (ajwain) in 25 gm of curd and apply on pimples and acne. Wash the face the next morning. This removes pimples. 3) Take equal quantities of holy basil leaves and lemon juice and apply on the pigmentation marks, dark circles or pimples. This is an effective medicine. 4) Add glycerin four times the quantity of lemon juice and rub the face to get rid of pimples. Massage the whole body to get the silky and soft effect. 5) Soak lentil dal in sufficient water so that the entire water is absorbed. Grind it and add it in milk. Apply this paste on the face twice daily. This removes pigmentation marks and pimples. 6) Grind the dried orange peels in water and apply the paste on the face. This removes pigmentation marks and pimple. 7) Rub Jaiphal in milk and apply on pimples and pigmentation marks. This gives glowing skin. 8) Boil cumin seeds and wash the face with that water. This gets rid of pigmentation marks, dark circles etc and enhances the beauty. 9) Grind Jaiphal and black pepper in raw milk and apply on the face at bedtime. This cures pimples and removes pigmentation marks and makes the face beautiful. 10) Take one spoon lentil dal, half spoon rapeseeds and two almonds – grind it nicely and add lemon juice. Apply this paste on the face. Wash the face when dry. 11) Take equal quantities of alum and black pepper and apply on pimples and acne. 12) Grind guava and banana and apply the paste on face. 13) Apply cucumber juice on face to remove pigmentation marks and pimples. 14) Add radish juice in curd and apply on face to get rid of pimples, acne and pigmentation marks. 15) Add honey in onion juice and apply on the face, this cures both the problems. 16) Apply multani mati on face and peel it when dry. Wash the face with cold water. 17) Grind black pepper and apply on pimples. 18) Add gram flour in castor oil and apply on face, this is very beneficial. 19) Mix rapeseed and rock salt in lemon juice and apply on pimples. 20) Grind almonds in goat milk and apply on pimples to get rid of pimples. 21) Rub the seed of date palm in vinegar and apply on pimples. Wash the face after one hour with soap. Pimples disappear within three to four days. 22) Take equal quantities of lemon juice, rogan badam and glycerin, mix thoroughly and store it in clean bottle. Apply this lotion on the face everyday, to make the skin soft and beautiful. 23) Grind chironji and add butter, apply this pack on the face and rub it nicely. This cures all the skin related problems. 24) Add lemon juice and rose water in equal quantities and apply on face. Wash the face after half hour with fresh water. The pimples are cured within 10 to 15 days. This gets rid of pigmentation marks and dark spots. 25) Rub the lemon peels on the body before taking bath and wash the face with lukewarm water, this is effective to get rid of pimples. 26) Apply blue oil (pour oil in blue coloured bottle and keep under the Sun for one and half months) on pimples. 27) Add onion juice, rock salt and honey and apply on the face. 28) Add lemon juice in Giloy juice and apply on the face to get rid of pimples. 29) Add black holy basil leaves powder in turmeric powder and apply the pack on the face before bath. This removes pimples. 30) Grind fenugreek leaves and apply the pack on the face, let it dry. Then wash the face, continue this for few days to remove pimples. This also makes the skin soft and smooth. 31) Add grounded onion seeds powder in lemon juice and apply on face; this is effective in case of pimples. 32) Apply sandal wood oil on the face to clean all the infection causing bacteria and pimples. 33) Take equal quantities of Jaiphal, black pepper, red sandal, grind it nicely and add it in water. Apply this paste on the face to get rid of pimples.
