I hope you got those two tests done for routine checkup and you don't have any medical problems yet nor on any recent medicines. If you are not having any symtopms related to you heart like chest pain, edema in feet, breathing problems etc, than yes your heart is healthy with above two reports normal. Still if you want to be more sure you can get your serum cholesterol levels checked for any future risk of heart attack.

It's mostly nothing. Depends on whether there has been a change from previous ecg or whether you have hypothyroidism or have a thick chest wall. One ecg with low voltage might not necessarily mean anything, so a repeat ecg may be needed later along with query into any issues that you may be facing. It will determine whether treatment will be needed or it's normal.
