Most likely u had traumatic ear drum perforation.Keep ur ear dry even no ear drops and start tab.Advent 625 mg three times a day and tab.Chymoral plus twice a day along with tab.Rantac 150 mg twice daily empty stomach for 1 week.Traumatic perforation usually heal by itself provided ear is kept absolutely dry.

Try antiallergic tablets along with paracetamol tablets for 2 - 3 days with bed rest you should feel better.
