Now, that black spot can be a mole/ a nevi/ wart/ corn/ something other than these which requires further evaluation. Please consult a dermatologist in person or online. Ask him/her what they think it is. Proper diagnosis and management is not possible without looking at what the lesion is.

First of all will have to evaluate n see if you have seborrhic dermatits, sebopsoriasis or scalp psoriasis. Now if the prescribed medicine is not working meds hv to be changed accordingly. Both oral n topical options r available.
