Is it necessary to wear glasses for 0.5 myopia I got to know it yesterday at ke smart store. Should I believe their prescription of -0.5 or should I consult a doctor?

Its better to wear it and take proper vit a rich diet green leafy vegetables, milk products.

Actually myopia is a mechanical disorder of your lens which is only correctable by laser therapy, medicine can restrict your increasing of power not cure it, so you have to wear your specs.

I have myopia. I am 19 years old and I don't wear specs. I get floaters in my eyes, not too much, neither they are disturbing me. Especially when I am watching tv screen or light. It is natural, but am I prone to get them more, when I have untreated myopia? I am not getting unusually much, feels normal.

Floaters r crystal-like deposits that form in the vitreous.
They could be due to inflammation in the back of the eye, retinal problems. Get your self checked by ophthalmologist.

I have myopia, but I don't wear specs. I get foreign eye sensation in my both eyes and my eyes get red automatically sometimes and get normal back it's own. I also get itching but not normally. I am not sure but I think my foreign sensation gets bad when it contacts with water. I have some pigmentation of sclera below iris which looks like a downward paint stroke in light brown color. Could I ignore it, or could I wait before I show it to my doctor? I already had left it as it is from 6 years. What if left untreated? It doesn't bother a lot.

Stress/eye strain due to myopia also causes redmess.
Wear specs regularly. Get eyes checked by ophthalmologist to rule out other causes.
