Hi, it sounds like the affected vein is superficial and not deep. There is medication for it. Don’t massage the affected area. Please consult s vascular Surgeon for the prescription. The clot usually resolves completely by 2-3 weeks. Take care.

DVT is a medical emergency and you need to consult a General / Vasular Surgeon if available in your vicinity, also would recommend a VENOUS COLOUR DOPPLAR test of the affected limb to know the status of DVT.

I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion for diagnosis and further guidance and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Wear knee support to prevent further bowing of legs n decrease pressure from legs. Start doing leg exercises to improve strength so that it will prevent further change in legs. Also I will advice you to visit nearby physiotherapist for all exercises that you can do.
