What is his age? Since when is he having this? What are other symptoms that he is experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains? How is your appetite? Is he constipated or having loose stools?

If thyroid functions are normal then you should avoid clonafit or any other such medicines which are habit forming.Try to find out cause for lack of concentration and sleep problem which may be overworked and mental stress.Start some regular physical exercises and yoga.

Join a gym or yoga. The instructor will show you. It will take at least 6 months with proper diet. Doctors are not gym instructor. If you have a disease we can prescribe/show you physiotherapy.
