Its better you get a urinary pregnancy done to see if pregnancy is there.

there are different grades of pelvic inflammatory disease.She will have to get physically examined by a gynaec who will prescribe medicines .The duration depends upon the severity of the infection and the type of infection.After the infection is controlled she will need a detailed work,up of her fertility status including HSG or laparoscopy to find out whether her tubes are normal'

Placenta is like an umbrella on top of the fetus, it is full of blood and nutrients taken from mother to be sent to growing baby through unblical cord. Normal position is posterior, means behind the baby so as not to obstruct growth of the baby or its delivery through the passage for normal delivery of baby. In your case, it was detected lying low & may be baby was not developed to deliver it through operation.

pain may be due to any infection or whatever reason.get an ultrasound of lower abdomen done. leucorrhoea is condition where white discharge from vagina.

For pid need medicinal interferance
period cramps
1) do massage to back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) 1 spoon caster oil with milk at bed time 3) do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan.

It means pelvic inflammatory disease, i. E. Infection so check with a gynaecologist & if you have symptoms, they will treat it.
