Hello, this is for my sister, she has problems or infections in her overy as per reports and swollen and also have an infection in pancreas. as per doctor and reports. She was getting pus or aau in het potty, it been around 1.5 months, now visited one of the gynecologists and she advised some medicine. Not sure what to do next. Nobody is clearing the severity of illness. Apart from this she was also not getting from 2 months then took medicine and now getting it. Can you help?

Is cynomycin 50 mg helpful for treating pelvis inflammatory disease? As doctor has prescribed me for 5 days. One more thing if I took 1 yasmin tab in mid cycle then can I discontinue it till get periods.

Hi, I had a d&c on 28th September. I am having sharp cramps in lower abdomen since two days. I had taken meftal spas tablet but the cramps remains. When cramps start mild bleeding is also there. How long does bleeding and cramps remains after d&c.

Pregnancy test comes positive for some time after termination of pregnancy. If you are worried get your serial BHCG done if its increasing then you are continuing pregnancy. Get appointment from your gynaecologist and discuss matters with her. Some times repeat Dnc has to be done.

I have just gone through aD/C on 23/07/2018 in a case of hyperplasia endometrium, after this the tissue of endometrium was send for histopathology.In the report Dr. Said it is a complex hyperplasia of endometrium. Now the size of my endometrium is 11.6 mm, previously it was 21 mm before the D/C. So please tell me Dr. What type of food I need to take?

Food does not help, unless you are overweight then reduction of weight helps. Your doctor will advise some hormonal treatment if required

My wife had a medical abortion on 16th of July. She was tested positive on 1st of August via Urine Pregnancy Test. She do not have any symptoms of pregnancy now however the doctor has recommended DNC since the urine test was positive. Please suggest is it ok to wait for one more week and test it again or should we go straight away for the DNC now itself.

Hi Sir, I have a daughter of 11 and I have had an ectopic pregnancy four years after my first successful pregnancy. Since then I have had watery discharge to thick vaginal discharge. I have used intravaginal cream on several occasions but this would recur after a while. Now that I have read about pelvis inflammatory infection, the probabilities are high that I have PDI. I have tried to be pregnant again but in vain. Can U advise the tests I should do to know if I have PDI and how can I solved this matter so that I get pregnant again. P.s I am also a Diabetic patient. Thanks.
