Acute Pancreatitis Treatment Questions

My uncle had several attacks of pain in his abdomen .in his ultrasound report, it is found that he is suffering from pancreatitis caused by 19 mm gallstone in lumen. The liver, spleen and prostate are enlarged. Fluid got collected in his abdomen which is currently being removed by a tube. Is it serious and what is the cure. please tell.

Sir, we have a question about my mother's brother. Sir in his ct scan we got that he has atrophic pancreas with dilated mpd and intraductal calculus. And the second thing that we got is that he has walled-off intrapancreatic collection in uncinate in pancreas. Sir day by day he is becoming weak. Sir we want to know that is there any solution for that which will make him fit again. And sir what is the problem behind it. Please check ca-19-9 it is cancer marker of pancreas normal range is 0-37 but in cancer it has higher level.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Usenibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10 .relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 12. Elevate the head of bed 6 inches with blocks. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 14. Stand upright or sit up straight, maintain good posture. 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. My Amylase level high i.e 113 and fatty liver in ultrasound. Liver size 10.5.Abundance gas formation. Weight 84 kg. No loss of weight. Eyes yellow. Urine reports normal. Kidney profile normal. Spleen normal. Pancreas ultrasound normal.

Fatty infiltration of the pancreas is a rare condition that can be found on ultrasound or with other imaging techniques. In and off it self, fatty infiltration of the pancreas is a benign condition; it simply means that fat tissue has been laid down inside the pancreas.
