U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

do’s and don’ts for shoulder pain
do’s do the prescribed exercise regularly to maintain strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Do keep the affected arm supported.
Use an ice pack for pain relief. Apply the ice pack 3-4 times a day for 10 minutes.
Don’ts don't sleep on the affected side. Don't lift heavyweight with the affected arm. Don't jerk your shoulder to avoid stress.
Don't use the arm to push yourself up in bed or from a chair.

Since I am a physiotherapist I cannot suggest medicine but I suggest you to hotwater fermentations that would help you to get relieved from joint pains. I also suggest you to go for good ayurvedic body massage which would help you to get relieved from joint pain and also swimming activity is advisable.
