There are 4 main treatments for NHL: Chemotherapy. Radiation therapy. Immunotherapy, such as monoclonal antibodies, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and CAR T-cells. Targeted therapy with newer drugs that block certain functions within the lymphoma cell.

If you are asymptomatic. No need of further evaluation. Just follow. But if you have any gastro intestinal symptoms consult gastro- enetrologist. Actually it's difficult to evaluate small size sub centermeter lymph node. Sometime they having no significant. So need to clinicaly correlation.

Thyroxine hormone is a very sensitive chemical and the quantity is in micro grams. So it is absolutely essential to take it early morning around 6 am or so on empty stomach. Nothing should be taken after that for at least 1 to 1 and half hour. This has to be adhered to very strictly. Thanks.

Add more of protein to your diet (pulses, milk-based products). Consume whole grains, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits. Avoid red meat (mutton, prawn, crab). Instead opt for egg whites, white meat (chicken and fish). Either in roasted or steamed form. Most importantly, indulge yourself in cardiovascular exercises such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming or aerobics.

Hopefully a partial Nephrectomy has been done saving the rest of the kidney.
This report suggests you have a low risk less aggressive tumor although Lymphovascular invasion may signify some nodal Mets.
Just keep a good follow up every 6 months with USG abdo pelvis for the next 3 years

treatment depends upon the etent of disease in the pancreas. If surgery not possible combned pain killers along with suitable chemotherapy and adjunctive radiotherapy will shrink the disease and reduce the pain. This will also increase the survival time of the patient.

primary cns lymphoma is a curable disease,
Kindly do investigation mri brain, CSF cytology, MRI spine, ophthalmologist reference, bone marrow biopsy.
After proper staging disease is localised, then go for induction chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy then consolidation chemotherapy.
