Sorry to know about your mother suffering. From what I guess unable to swallow is troubling her more .For that there are options of either to insert Endoscopy guided Ryles tube (food pipe) or Esophageal Stent. If the above not possible then there is another option of doing a small surgery to insert a tube directly into the Jejunum that known as Feeding Jejunostomy.
