In general, BUN around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. The normal A/G ratio is 0.8-2.0. The A/G ratio can be decreased in response to a low albumin or to elevated globulins.
Your results are normal , as you can see.

Your eosinophil count is fine eosinophil blood count (absolute): 30-350. The percentage of eosinophils is multiplied by the white blood cell count to give the absolute eosinophil count. This range may vary slightly in different laboratories.

X ray can diagnose only space occupying opaque lesions like some tumours and so so.. Even if it is not seen there can be infection in some part of the body which can give raised wbc

The normal range is 0-22 mm/hr for men and 0-29 mm/hr for women. The upper threshold for a normal sed rate value may vary somewhat from one medical practice to another. Your slightly increased ESR indicates only some infection which need to be checkup.

Low neutrophil is not a complete report and his full report and peripheral smear report need to be seen .Conditions that destroy neutrophils in the bloodstream and that can result in neutropenia include: Hypersplenism (an abnormality of the spleen causing blood cell destruction) Medications, such as antibiotics. Rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders.
