In general, Urea, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. Ask your doctor to explain your results. Urea nitrogen levels tend to increase with age. The reference values for a "normal" random glucose test in an average adult are 79–160 mg/dl and is normal in your case.

The full form of ESR is erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Actually 15–40 mm is considered normal. In your case, you need to make sure it doesn’t get elevated.
Whenever it is raised; usually it warrants a further clinical evaluation and investigations to ascertain the cause. Following conditions can cause raised ESR;
1) All infectious diseases
2) All inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid, lupus
3) Anemia
4) Rheumatic disease.
