Most of the time aphthous ulcers are due to infection, decreased immunity, or to local alergy/irritation. As patient is 74 years old, definitely steroids are not an option it will reduce immunity.
Patient can be treated with antibiotics and nsaids and multivitamins (b complex)

Baby age is not mentioned, according to wt looks like 1 years old baby. Till 6 months baby should be fed strictly only mother's milk. After 6 months slowly you should introduce food one by one like mashed rice and milk, for 4-5 day the n add mashed dal, then after some time mashed potato then few drops of gee. Then vegitables along with mother milk for 2 yrs. Drops multivitamins a to z 0.5 ml once a day
drops ondem 0.5 ml before giving food twice daily only if baby is vomiting symptoms.

Ige levels are increased either due to persistent exposure to any allergen. But it can also occur due to parasitic infections (which might be possible in your case since you are in poultry handling industry). So maintaining hand and body hygiene during and after work is very important and also find out if you have any allergic profile. Also some medications might help to reduce like anti-parasitic meds and anti allergics.

Immunity will not reduce if you work out for 2 hours. Workout in gym for continuous 2 hr is not recommended and is not good for your heart.

Give a glass of milk in morning, and then breakfast and around 12 give hime laddu made of peanut jaggery and gee, and lunch and in evening cup of milk and in night along with dinner give egg white. Slowly introduce one by one. And physical activities are must for kids. Makes them fit and hungry give tab albendazole 400 mg stat in night -for deworming.
