U have not mentioned which part is more affected. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. If your sputum is negative and igra is positive means you are infected with tb bacteria but you are not having the disease tb, in this condition we call it latent tb infection so that’s why Dr. started the latent tb treatment with isoniazid and tab banadon 40 mg daily for 6 months.
