Constipation always lack of exercise, deficiency of fibres diet. So healthy fibres rich diet, intake more plenty of fluids and do exercise regularly. Avoid drink water in between meal.

It can be if it is severe dehydration. Acute injure is mostly reversible but if chronic then the creatinine value might keep on rising even after treatment.
