Rheumatological disorders are different from other disorders as they involve autoimmune issues (that is our own body's defense system, affects our own tissues). They tend to affect multiple systems at same time, and often tend to be misdiagnosed / mismanaged.

Please consult a physician and he will help you further to consult a cardiologist. I feel you have arrhythmia which might be the heart palpitation which is not good. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
