A person with hemophilia b has a deficiency of factor ix (9) clotting protein in their blood, so they have a hard time forming clots to stop bleeding. There are three different levels of hemophilia b: severe, moderate and mild. Severe: a person with severe hemophilia b has less than 1% of factor ix in their blood.

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (aids) is caused by hiv and if cd4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms.

Hemophilia b, cause fie to deficiency of clotting factor 9, causes problems with spontaneous internal bleeding, mainly in the joints, required to be given regular factor 9 transfusions so as to maintain their levels in the body, avoid traumatic activities to prevent internal bleeding, be under supervision and treatment of a hematologist, problem cannot be cured bit its effects can be prevented.
