Yes, it does show that there are gall bladder stones, however there is no significant inflammatory process causing wall thickening which has happened in the gall bladder wall. If symptomatic, the gall bladder should be removed by laparoscopic method.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they are not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.
