For acidity and gas - 
One teaspoon of carom seed with half teaspoon of pink salt swallowed with water.

Diarrhea -
One teaspoon of fenugreek seed swallowed with water

Vomiting -
Rock candy half teaspoon, or
Burnt lemon with pink salt

Headache -
One glass of warm water during headache

Constipation -
Drink one glass of warm water with pink salt mixed every morning empty stomach and before stool 

Cough and cold -
Start from day one one teaspoon of honey 4-5 times a day

Running nose
Take steam 2-3times a day,
Pour 3 drops of mustard oil in nose

Injury - 
Apply warm turmeric mixed with alum on the injured part, it will reduce the pain

Menstrual pain - 
Coffee,
Chocolate,
Ginger tea,
Light food rich in fibre

Dandruff - 
Rub lemon on the scalp leave for 10min then wash

Hair fall -

Hi it means you have gastritis problem with no other illness like ulcer or any other problem. It is a common problem which can be treated by medicines you should avoid oily and spicy food.

Pangastritis is a common problem. You should avoid taking spicy and oily food. Stop alcohol or smoking if you take.

Try using ppi and prokinetic combination once daily for 15 days if no improve then do a usg whole abdomen.

You seem to be overweight for your height. You should focus on proper food habits and digestion. Avoid fried and spicy items, timely food, avoid unusual seasonal vegetables and fruits and other activities, regular light exercise like walking, symptom relieving tablets like unienzyme. If no relief have a general check up from a physician.

This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. It is high for your age? Is it for first time? If so check for 3 days consecutively. If it remains high then you need to start some medicine. In the meanwhile do these lifestyle changes. 1. I have been having acidity and difficulty in passing stool. Last 2 days stool has blood as well. Doctor advised pegfiber 2 tablespoon and pegred 2 tablespoon at night time. Also he said colospa x 2 tabs a day. Now my concern is colospa causes anxiety and panic attacks. I have had a history of having panic attacks in the past. Should I eliminate usage of colospa x? And is it ok just to take pegfiber and pegred both.
