I have stomach problem diagnosed with erosive gastritis seen in endoscopy and done biopsy for route out h.pylori not seen in biopsy after that my treatment is going on about 8 months but there is no cure and not relief I have severe pain in my upper stomach and now doctor has done ct scan of whole abdomen 20 days ago it is absolutely normal but from now on doctor said to do endoscopy again kindly anyone suggest good treatment and telling me why after taking so much treatment and medication after that not relief.

U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.

I have stomach ulcer since five months, I started taking amoxicillin ,clarithromycin and omeprazole but my stomach hurt very much, so I stopped taking clarithromycin and omeprazole but took amoxicillin for one month, after discontinuing amoxicillin now my condition has detoriated further and I am unable to eat, drink with continuous pain of stomach, now what antibiotics, in exact dosage, can I take along with rabeprazole to heal my ulcer. please help.

I have severe acid problem from years I checked for everything including endoscopy there's no h pylori found and nothing serious I have grade 1 fatty liver due to alcoholism I drank 180 ml from the past 6 years and I used to consume spicy food and I smoke too 2 3 cigarettes daily I took p2p daily but the acidity never goes I stopped drinking alcohol from the past 12 days it's. Showing improvement but the problem is still there can this disease can be cured or is it life long sorry for grammatical mistakes.

I was in the college 2013 when my daily routine changed like previously I used to eat thrice a day but after shifting to hostel it changed to twice a day. I stared sleeping after having breakfast which leaded to heartburn and my bowel movement changed. I thought I emptied my bowels but as soon as I went to college I used to feel the pressure but at that time I used to hold it. This went on for 4 long years. In the starting years the stool was solid but as the time passed after 3.5 to 4 years it changed to liquid form and since then I am having this problem. I want to know what it is and why can't I have regular bowel movements. Secondly the heartburn problem increased and I have burning sensation in my stomach since last 4-5 years. I had endoscopy in 2021 the results by the doctor mentioned lax les, gastritis and many more things and the sample result showed chronic gastritis but during the time when I was admit in the hospital they feed bottle in my veins which made my bowel regular but after I was discharged the problem became what it was before.

I have been diagnosed with diffuse gastritis 3 months back through gi endoscopy. Usg also done, its mild fatty liver. I get frequent burps (air) and mild heart burn. Since 3 months I have been taking plain simple diet mostly. But acidity is occurring often. As per doctor prescription, I have taken esogress for 10 days and becofit plus in month of feb-23. Then again rabeprazole for 12 days with sucral in month of april'23. But as long as I am on medicine the symptoms are not there. But after 4-5 days of stopping medicine symptoms (burping, heartburn) reappears. I am not taking milk, tea, coffee, meat, fried, spicy and heavy meals. Kindly suggest what to do to eliminate the problem completely. Is diffuse gastritis falls under the category of chronic gastritis or acute gastritis.

Since its there for 3 months it would be chronic. Medications usually take aboout 2 months to work.
Please cinsult for an evaluation .a modification in medication may help. There are other lifestyle modifications that can help. Fatty liver can increase burping too do that alsi must be addressed.
