Advice endoscopy if you suspect any mass lesion.
Though all reports are normal. It could be a polyp or mass lesion.
It could also be esophageal motility problem.
Try adding syrup mg hydroxide + al hydroxide 5 ml bd with pantop dsr.
You can try rabeprazol and esomeprazole instead of pantop do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up)....more

A non spicy non oily light diet can help you to recover soon. However, it time to recovery depends on how severe your symptoms are. Can consult for further advise .in small amounts all the foods mentioned by you are ok to eat. Yoga meditaion and exercise all help in reducing tress amd improving digestion, so can reduce the symptoms of gastritis.

Acidity causes an uncomfortable sensation/burning sensation in your stomach, which gets relieved when you eat something. It does not increase your hunger directly but due to the above effect, it may cause you to develop a reaction subconsciously to eat as soon as you feel that burning sensation. If one has frequent acidity, may consult a physician or a gastroenterologist.
