मैं 4-5माह से पेट में ऐंठन ,पेट खाने के बाद पेट फुलना एवं एसिडिटी का आयुर्वेदिक इलाज करा रहा हूं जिसमें, मुलेठी क्वाथ, एसिडोग्रिड, पितारी रस, सुतशेखर रस दवाई चल रही है जिससे एसिडिटी तो ठीक हूआ‌ लेकिन पेट में ऐंठन एवं फूलना में आराम नही हो रहा। चूंकि पुर्व में मैं एल्कोहलिक रहा हूं तो क्या साथ में लिवर के लिवोग्रिड आदि दवाई ले सकता हूं कोई साईड इफेक्ट तो नही होगी कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें।

You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad

Hi,
no, I don't think so. It may be due to gastritis also. Take 2 tsf of himcocid syrup 10-25 mins before food thrice daily for a week to 10 days. Avoid hot and spicy food for a week.

Basically the acidity you might be having is due to stress or due to uneven food timings
so have food at regular intervals and drink olenty of water and eat some less oily foods and reduce eating junk foods, drink 2 to 3 glasses water early in the morning which is normally good for your health
