Dear Lybrate user,
-For vit b12 deficiency you have to consume a diet rich in it which is mainly found in non veg foods like organ meats, lean meats & fish, enriched foods like cereals
- also can take a supplement
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food for acidity, chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals.

Hello,

Vitamin B12 if taken through natural diet will be proved to be beneficial.
Supplements usually do not give proper supply of this particular vitamin.
Include low fat dairy products, soy and its products, shellfish, eggs, meat in your diet.
If still insufficient, consider taking its shots.

Dear lybrate-user,
common symptoms of iron deficiency anemia are fatigue, weakness, pale skin, headache, dizziness etc.
Kindly get yourself tested if you are experiencing these symptoms (hb, cbc, serum ferritin, serum iron, tibc, trans ferritin, serum b12, folic acid)
treatment of this condition is iron supplements. Natural supplements are like jaggery and pharmaceutical preparations in forms of iron tablets are available in market.
Regards.

Taking supplements alone is not a solution.
Treat the cause of the problem. By proper homoeopathic treatment.
The body then will heal itself.
You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.

Hello,

first and foremost reduce your cholesterol levels by reducing your weight and exercising regularly.
Multivitamin supplements should not be without recommendations,as few of them can aggrevate heart related issues, especially calcium supplements.
