Sharp, shooting pain radiating to arm may be due to cervical disc.
Cervical joints can give rise to dull aching pain.
Heel pain is may be planter fasciatis. Wear soft chappals & hawai slippers all the time for that pain.
For cervical go for Xray & MRI to diagnose.

I am having disc bulge in cervical spine C6-C7. And also lumbar L4-5. The pain is from my neck upper back lower back and radiating till my sole of feet. Please help what is to be done. How would a neurologist help me? I do not want to go for ayurveda also.

Yes its good. You can use tynor cervical pillow. First few days some people find it uncomfortable but it has long term benefits.

in my openion you should immediately consult local Orthopedic surgeon and got your treatment according to his advice. At this age this short of deficiency can lead to further complication.

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and had some bleeding 2 days ago. No pain or anything only some amount of bleeding which is mostly dark brown but also dark red. Went to hospital where scan and nst was done. everything was fine with the baby and nothing showed on scan too. Cervix is closed. baby heartbeat is also fine. Vaginal swabs for infection also came out negative. Then after an internal exam my gynae confirmed that i'm having a cervical polyp that is causing bleeding. She says bleeding might continue to some extent but if it increases she might pluck it off. I want to know if my bleeding will stop or it will stay till delivery? Though it is not much but it makes me get really worried. And is it really necessary to pluck it off at this time?

Bleeding will stop in a day or two, provided polyp is not touched. Avoid sex during your pregnancy. This may cause bleeding. If bleeding persists, then it needs to be plucked at this stage of pregnancy.
