You shoulder will become stiff and the movements would be diminished. For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

compression - you can use a crepe bandage or an ankle binder
elevation - keep your leg over a pillow when sleeping.
Do not try to bear weight over the affected leg. You might also be having ligament sprain and such issues are not seen on the xray. Give some time for the soft tissue healing. You can take some mild painkillers whenever you suffer unbearable pain and apply some local ointment (diclofenac or such). Swelling will take time to go comple...more

Hi lybrate-user, the most common causes include injury, arthritis and normal wear and tear. Depending on the cause, you may feel pain or stiffness anywhere around the ankle. Your ankle may also swell, and you may not be able to put any weight on it. Usually, ankle pain gets better with rest, ice and over-the-counter pain medications.
