I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Treatment for a broken finger depends on the location of the fracture and whether it's stable. Taping the fractured finger to an adjacent intact finger may treat a stable fracture. Unstable fractures require immobilization. After your doctor aligns the fracture, or reduces it, they can apply a splint.

Supracondylar humerus fractures often heal within 4 weeks from start of treatment (either surgery or casting). After your child has his or her cast removed, it may take 4 weeks for the child to be able to move the elbow normally. In rare cases, your child may require physical therapy to help regain strength and motion.

Pain may be sudden and severe. Bruising and swelling may develop soon after the injury. Acute injuries usually require prompt medical evaluation and may include: bruises (contusions), which occur when small blood vessels under the skin tear or rupture, often from a twist, bump, or fall.

Typically arm pain is due to overuse, injury, or age-related wear and tear on the muscles, bones, joints, tendons and ligaments of the arm. Usually these conditions are not serious and you can prevent and treat overuse and minor injuries with self-care and lifestyle changes.

Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.
Heat therapy
Heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.
