Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound and tens therapy for 2 weeks, apply ice pack for 10-15 mins thrice a day.
Give it a rest, do not put pressure wear ankle brace for support to avoid any pressure on the joint.

The pain is nothing to do with your old fracture. However the bones would've gone for bowing which means improper fracture healing in those days would've made your bone to bow which might be the reason for your body weight falling beyond the centre of gravity line in the body which might be the reason for you to have pain while walking more. cryotherapy (only in first 48 hours)

improve circulation (to control inflammation and speed up the healing process)
