•do contrast bath ie. Take two tubs in one you can fill hot water (ie. Bearable heat) to immerse the feet in the tub and you will have good effect ie. Warmth effect. Further to that wipe with towel and immerse the feet in the cold water (ie. Ice water bath) which will help you to reduce the inflammation. But just after plaster removal you have to start specific exercises for koi t mobilisation and stiffness.
Post Surgical Rehab is must and you have to start Physiotherapy as soon as the plaster is removed.

Regards Lybrate user. The ankle area is quite compact and skin flexibility / elasticity is fair over the area. Swelling around the ankles may occur due to trauma (ankle twist, fractures) or heart / kidney problems or lymph drainage problems or arthritis. While a posture brace may help bring your shoulders back, it doesn't strengthen the muscles in the back of the neck or upper back. So, while it may help while it is on, when you take it off, your shoulders will likely go right back to their earlier rounded state.
