Symptoms suggestive of tendoachilles tendinopathy or TA insertional tendinitis.
Try:
1. Alternate hot and cold water bath (Contrast bath) thrice daily for 2 weeks.
2. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare forte will help.
3. Try to keep feet moist and warm.
4. Footwear modification will help.
Prevent friction at TA insertion site. Get serum uric acid, ESR and serum Vitamin D tested.
