Dear Lybrateuser, - Heart rate below 60 per min is slow (Brady cardia) but can be normal in a trained & fit athlete
- if your heart rate persistently remains low then investigations are required & consult a cardiologist to rule out any problem
- have a well balanced diet, plenty of oral fluids & do regular exercise.

I need more details as how long have you been feeling this and what are the other symptoms...
Still there are some possibilities like Hiatus hernia, oesophageal stricture, or achalasia etc.... the best possible way is endoscopy by which a perfect diagnosis can be made...
After that you may ask for treatment..
Till then you may try homoeoapthic medicine
Hydrastis 30 tds for 2 days...

Hi! excercise makes your cells active and your cells become more sensitive to insulin so it can work more efficiently.
Diet helps in controlling your blood glucose level which is essential to preventing long-term complications - cardia, kidney, nerve related illness.
Excessive fatty cells in the body will cause insulin resisitance and hence diet and excercise are important for you.

Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query.
TSH 6.3 mU/L is in the subclinical range but since Anti TPO antibodies are high, there is definite hypothyroidism du to hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT). Certain cardiac rhythm abnormalities are seen in both hypo and hyperthyroidism. Taking appropriate treatment and making thyroid function normal should help in overcoming supraventricular tachy cardia. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user. You should check for endoscopy.
Mostly it can be achalasia. Or reflux oesophagitis, or stricture. And without proper test it cannot be known.
You can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment. It can cure the problem. If taken properly.
Till then take Hydrastis 30 one dose.
