Hi Sir, I met with an accident 1 month earlier, injured on my face ,now injuries healed and black scars remained below right eye and forehead, how could I heal that scars ,Please suggest any ointment a hairline fracture also on upper side of right eye, is there any medication for that? Doctor gave me multi vit tabs ,pain killers. Please suggest.

You can use newsprint there 3 times on your finger and wash the area by betadin lotion OK It is take time to reduce the pain.

I had an accident on 19th march in which my ligaments got tear. But I got my MRI done on 7th may. Bahut late diagnosis hua that ligament is torn. MRI report says" near complete rupture of ATFL and partial tear of PTFL. And little bit swelling in ankle. Nowi going for physiotherapy daily for 1 hour and wearing PVC boot. Will it work in healing of ligaments. How much approximately it will take to heal. I am taking good diet of protein, calcium. I am also taking UBINEXT LC and calmopic tablets daily. I hope there is no need for surgical treatment. When I will get back to my proper walk. Please revert back soon.

Hi, Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

If all bones,,tendons are not that much damaged then by surgical procedure it is possible,,but if damaged Soo much then there is no chance of getting back of his finger length

Dear sir, I got accident on bike on road. After consultation with doctor it was suggested that nerve was compressed at knee joint. I have under treatment for nearly 3 weeks and doctor suggested for surgery now because the nerve compressed and flush growing around the damaged nerve. Please suggest me the right way.

Continue your treatment ,as your doctor advised. Until the nerve recover completely you need to continue physiotherapy along with muscle strengthening exercises.

I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion for diagnosis and further guidance and tips- not to apply any ointment and can clean it with normal saline solution and do dry dressing.

Elbow Pain
Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
