Since you have hypothyroidism, please let me know what is the tsh level? It has to be maintained between 3 to 4 mu/l, then only you will be free from all the related symptoms.
As regards discoloration of neck skin, it is better if you consult a local dermatologist. Also check your blood glucose both fasting and pp. Since there is no mention of height & weight, I am unable to give any further opinion. Thanks.
