We first need to find out the reason and then according to the cause can suggest medicine.
If it is because of tuberculosis then there is no use of treatment for cancer and vice versa.

Please do a xray of chest
blood test for cbc lft kft
avoid cold in any form.
Stay warm based on the reports treatment would be suggested.
