Hello,
generally there are chances of recurrence of cyst at minimal level post surgery. It may occur in 15% of people who underwent surgery for bartholin cyst. However, there is nothing to panic about it and there is nothing to do with masturbation. You may lead your normal life. In case if you feel so much discomfort and pain, you may consult your doctor for a follow up.
Thanks and regards.

Bartholin gland cyst does not affect the fertility of a woman. While the cyst is not an infection, it can cause discomfort in the day-to-day activities or during intercourse. Despite this, bartholin gland doesn’t interfere with the conception.

Things like an infection, thick mucus, or swelling can block a bartholin gland duct and cause a cyst. The cyst can get bigger after sex, because the glands make more fluid during sex. Infected bartholin cysts are sometimes caused by sexually transmitted infections (stis). Take homeopathic treatment for it. Some medicines with some precautions can help you definitely.
